HabitSprint is an iOS application that helps users build and track daily habits, maintain consistency, and develop a better version of themselves over time. Access to core functionality requires an active subscription.
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to manipulate tracking features or circumvent subscription requirements, is prohibited.2. No Account Required
You are not required to create an account to use HabitSprint. All habit data and progress is stored locally on your device.3. Subscriptions & Payments
The app is free to download, but a paid subscription is required to access key features. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own policies.4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to enhance the app experience:Superwall for paywall presentation and subscription handling.
PostHog for anonymized analytics related to app usage and behavior.No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.5. Restrictions
You agree not to:Use the app for unlawful or unintended purposes.
Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent its core features.
Exploit bugs or errors in the app.We reserve the right to restrict access if the app is used in ways that violate these terms or compromise its functionality.6. Age Requirement
The app is intended for users aged 17 and older. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We will process your request and delete any identifiable analytics data stored via PostHog.6. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware of unintentional data collection from a child, we will delete it promptly.7. Changes to This Policy
