If I would _________ every day, I could _________.

If I would write 300 words every day, in one year I could finish the book that will revolutionize my organization.

If I would meditate every day, I could learn how to remain calm in times of uncertainty and make better, more rational decisions.

If I would wake up one hour earlier every day, I would gain 365 hours a year of prime time to create, reflect, move, organize, and learn.

But consistency is hard to master.

It’s easy to get excited and try to do everything all at once, but it’s hard to create and sustain a new habit while you’re already juggling all your other existing projects.

It’s easy to let work take over your lunch breaks, evenings, and weekends because you care about what you do, but it’s hard to find enough time for habits that allow you to recharge, reflect, relax, energize, love, and play.

It’s easy to put other people’s priorities ahead of yours, because you believe in helping others and making a difference, but if you don’t take the time to create consistent practices that allow you to remain balanced and centered, your ability to give and create will not last long.

Do a Habit Sprint With Us: Here’s How It Works

29th March - 28th May

1. Small steps leading to unprecedented consistency

We created this program for people who value their time and have a demanding schedule.

The #1 most effective habit building methodology is to start so small that you can’t possibly find an excuse. Consistency comes first. Then build momentum, unlock insights, iterate, and scale up gradually.

That’s why we’re dedicating two entire months to building one single habit, and our strategy focuses on self-compassion, fun, and experimentation, rather than the traditional hustle approach to personal development.

"I spent a year struggling with how to approach rebuilding routines. Silvia and Michal have created conditions to help rebuild a strong foundation for a gentle evening routine, one that works and adds more meaning to my life.”

— Deepika Grover;
Free Agent, Government of Canada

Eunice Barros

2. Private daily support from a Certified Habit Coach

A lot of advice on habit building out there fails because it’s too generic and lacks context. If you join our Habit Sprint, you will have ongoing access to a habit coach who will help you design a plan made especially for you. Your coach will provide you daily accountability, help you overcome challenges, and guide you towards achieving a level of consistency you’ve never experienced on your own.

3. Relational growth and community of practice

There’s nothing quite like that special feeling of clarity that follows a good conversation with an attentive friend who is genuinely interested in your success and happiness.

We call this “relational growth”.

The best part of Habit Sprint is that you’ll be doing all this with the support of an amazing group of people — in a community of practice. This will be a space to grow together, experience a rich sense of belonging, support each other, and stay accountable throughout your journey.

There will be interactive Zoom workshops where you’ll learn habit building and behavioral design tools and how to apply them to your own life.

You will get access to an asynchronous community of practice where you can connect with other participants in between live-sessions, share resources, ask questions, and create additional layers of support.

We will also guide you to self-organize in topic-related cohorts and find “thinking buddies” to help you add extra thinking power and accountability to your journey.

“My writing is finally feeling like a habit. I’m soooo glad I’m not forcing myself to remember anymore! I was even called a "great writer" TWICE last week. I can’t believe it’s only been two months. Hoping things stay like this!”

— Catharine Gibson, Marketing Manager

By the end of these 2 months, you will have made your new habit an integrated, non-negotiable part of your life

Your new habit will have an obvious solid place in your current routine, no matter how busy you are.

Engaging in your new habit will feel effortless and pleasant, rather than just another unpleasant thing you “should do”.

You will be equipped with the tools and the momentum necessary to stick with your new habit for a long, long time.

Your new habit will be a rock that will help keep you centered even when everything around you seems to be falling apart. And most of all…

You will have access to an invaluable community of other amazing individuals to keep you motivated in the long game of growing as a human being.

“The structure of the calls is highly effective. The facilitation brilliantly mixes different ways to participate so that whether you are creative or logical, extroverted or introverted, quick to react or slower to process, there is space for you. I find these calls so valuable that I have adapted the format to use with the group that I am mentoring.

Your Instructors: Silvia and Michal

Silvia is a habit coach, writer, and team facilitator. Michal is a productivity coach, workshop designer and community weaver. We have been creating immersive learning experiences for groups for over a decade, and we have helped dozens of people change their habits successfully.

Over the past 4+ years, we radically changed our lifestyle through habit change. Meditation, yoga, community building, writing, growing our own food, maintaining deep connections — these are only a few of the habits we do on a daily basis (sometimes with unbroken habit streaks of more than 200 days!)

“Silvia and Michal are amazing coaches who deeply care about their students."

“Look, I'll be honest. I am one of those messy guys - not extremely healthy, not super sporty, and I always feel I could be better. By chance I came across Silvia and Michal and their methodology (...) to do incremental improvements in those habits I wanted to improve (starting by eliminating refined sugar from my diet). I was deeply impressed about it, about how clear it is and how it allows you to combine those small gains every day to carry on and stay motivated.”
— Manel Heredero

I had more concrete progress during the short time I worked with Michal and Silvia than I was able to create by myself over years of allowing thoughts and ideas to swirl in the back of my mind. They left me feeling really excited to have gotten my butt kicked into gear and empowered to turn my ideas into reality!”

“My mindfulness practice and insights are deepening. I’m learning more about how to slip from busy mind to quiet mind. My mind is slowly becoming a quieter and more spacious place. It’s The. Best. Practice. Ever.” ”
— Deanna Vogt; Executive Coach

No commitment = No results

In terms of time commitment, this program won’t take more than a couple of hours a week for the duration of eight weeks. We will start really small, and we’ll help you work around your busy schedule if your time is limited.

However, we recommend you join only if you have a strong intention to make changes, and a strong desire to build your habit of choice. To make the best out of this program you should attend the biweekly workshops, take a couple minutes regularly to communicate with your coach, and of course, make space for your new habit. We’re here to support you, but ultimately you can’t achieve a deep behaviour change with less than that.

FAQ

When does the course start and when are the Live Workshops?

The program officially starts on the week of 29th of March — you will be able to pick a time for your private onboarding call that week.

Then we'll be meeting for live 1h30 bi-weekly workshops on Wednesdays, starting on the 7th of April.

Group A meets at 9AM CEST (UTC+2)
(Auckland: 7pm, Sydney: 5pm, Singapore 3pm, Berlin: 9am, London: 8am)

Group B meets at 6PM CEST (UTC+2)
(Berlin: 6pm / London: 5pm / NY: noon / LA: 9am)

Workshop 1: 7th of April
Workshop 2: 21st of April
Workshop 3: 5th of May
Workshop 4: 19th of May

What if I can’t attend a call or a workshop?

That’s okay — we will record every session and share it with all the participants. You can watch it in your own time and connect with other participants in between calls. However, we recommend attending as many as you can, as a big part of the value relies in the group process.

I’m a busy person. Do I have time to do this?

Absolutely. The course materials and workshops won’t require more than a couple hours a week. Everything on top of that will be the time you dedicate to building your own foundational practices. We will start really small so you will barely feel a change in your schedule, and then gradually we’ll help you carve out the necessary time to scale up.

I have a habit I’m already half consistent with but I’d like to take it one step further. Is this program for me?

Heck yes. This course is both for people who are new to habit building (but are committed to dedicate time to the practices that matter to them) and for those who have been doing the work but feel they could still better manage their time and discipline. You will learn fresh methods to add to your repertoire, and the coaching, the group accountability and collective brainstorming will add an invaluable dimension to your personal development.

What are thinking buddies, and how can I get one?

Once you’re in the course, we will show you how to form pairs and small groups for thinking together, maintaining motivation and momentum, and supporting each other.

Do you have a refund policy?

Absolutely. If you don't like the program, simply let us know withing 30 days from the date of the first workshop and we'll refund you the money, no questions asked.

Is this really worth it, or just a bunch of mumbo-jumbo? Still not sure if this is for me. Convince me.

We know we are biased, so we’ll just let our previous clients and students speak for us.

Here is what people who have attended our courses and done coaching with us are saying:

“I am very distractible and always have too many things to do, which makes holding space for creating the next level virtually impossible. Well, Silvia and Michal have helped me achieve the impossible! They create the space, provide the structure and hold the focus so that things actually happen. They know which step comes next. And they are 'super good' at celebrating successes, which, quite frankly, makes all the difference.”

“I have completely stopped smoking, drinking and taking recreational drugs. In turn this has drastically improved my meditation practice and spiritual life. It helped me to become vegan, which is something I had my sights on for a while. I have started to do more exercise and eat healthier, start to match my behaviour with my values with regards to compassion, and no longer use TV as a way to numb my emotions. I have much healthier sleeping habits. One by one, I have been able to improve every area of my life! ”

“The biggest trepidation in signing for this course was sharing our thoughts with other people, but I’m glad I took this step–I’ve learnt so much from everybody, and it was a great way to help me pull everything together. Sometimes personal development content can get quite airy-fairy, but information and resources in the MJS course were really solid and applicable, and I want to continue with this process.”
– Sandy White
Dog Training Instructor

"I was struggling with many different pieces of my life and this program really helped. The discussions we’ve had on a bi-weekly basis and the resources offered at the end of each module sparked insights that showed me something familiar but in a completely new way. While I still struggle with difficult things, the course helped me to accept myself as I am, and I feel grateful for this.”

“I am a very active person but since the pandemic hit, it felt impossible to combine my training with my irregular work schedule. The workshops inspired me to try out new things and empowered me not to give up. Now I found the best formula where I feel at my best again with my workouts, not missing a single day.
